Barry Blackwell’s Pioneers and Controversies in the Psychopharmacology

Jay Amsterdam’s  comment on Chapter 19 (The End of the Beginning: The Beginning of the End? Corporate Corruption in the Psychopharmaceutical Industry – Revised)

And here I thought that your earlier iterations of this commentary were terrific! In my opinion, this current revision is one of the very best summaries that I have read of the extent to which the corrupted tentacles of the academic-industrial complex have reached into, and influenced, the professional lives of university researchers, teachers, clinicians, and the public writ large. It should be required reading, not only for doctors of medicine, but for all of their patients and students, as well. Thank you for writing this.
