        After absorbing the impact of the title, I started sampling the text and found that Edward Shorter’s use of the word FALL in the title actually means that psychopharmacology has sunk into a deep swamp. This is a very important book and must be taken as a wakeup call by the whole profession and its associated parts before we progress to the generation and endorsement of false claims and leave sick patients without effective treatment.
